As a learner with Michael John of Liverpool you can expect a high level of support and a comprehensive service of information, advice and guidance throughout your training programme. Access to reliable and impartial information, advice and guidance is very important and will help you make informed choices and decisions. As a participant on a MJOL programme we will offer confidential support to help you:

Michael John of Liverpool is committed to providing outstanding teaching & learning and will support you to achieve Key Skills in literacy & Numeracy up to Level 2. Delivered both in the classroom & the fully equipped learning suites, qualifications in 'English' & 'Maths' can open the door to so much more for you, and can help achieve your goals to a better future.
Excellent learner support resources
Michael John of Liverpool centres are supported by fully equipped learning suites offering computer access; learner libraries; tutor libraries; vast array of training materials; DVD & Interactive learning resources and specialist literacy and Numeracy staff on hand for individual or small group study as required. Lecture facilities operate with interactive whiteboards and other media. A structure for learner support with issues such as housing; finance; illness; personal problems is in place and will facilitate and signpost access to appropriate help. All centres have disabled facilities and Michael John of Liverpool can access further support for any learners with more significant learning difficulties or disabilities.
